This item powers on by either the 12v adaptor or by battery.  All other functions are untested and are not guaranteed to work.  It has an ICOM adapter cord for a ICOM A-20 or A-21 Radio (Radios not included).   It comes with 3 PTT (Push To Talk Switches) with Velcro fastening.  It comes with a cigarette lighter DC adapter.
