This item is tested and in great working condition. It has a lot of scratches on its casing. There are some bigger scratches above the display. There is a very little nick on the bottom right corner. If you look at the unit from the front it locks a little concave in the middle. It comes with a non oem power supply. It has the original 24 ROM sounds. It does not have the 28 expanded sounds from the original ROM Waveform Data cartridge that came with the unit when it was released. It does not come with any cartridges.
